Awardro provides awards strategy, entry writing, and related consultancy services. The following applies to all engagements and to the content of this website.
No guaranteed outcomes. Award shortlisting and wins are determined solely by independent judging panels operated by third-party awards programmes. Awardro does not control, influence, or guarantee the outcome of any submission. References on this site to past results (including the “500+ career wins” figure, which reflects our founder’s personal track record prior to and since founding Awardro) describe historical performance and are not a representation or guarantee of future results for any client.
Not professional, legal, or financial advice. Content on this website (including articles, FAQs, and programme information) is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. Programme rules, deadlines, and eligibility criteria are set by third-party organisers and subject to change without notice; clients are responsible for confirming current rules directly with programme organisers.
Third-party programmes. Awardro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an agent of any awards programme referenced on this site, unless separately and explicitly stated.
Awardro offers two engagement structures:
The applicable structure, scope, fees, and timeline for each engagement are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work, which forms part of these terms.
Per-entry and retainer engagements include unlimited revision rounds within the agreed submission timeline. Revisions requested after the programme’s submission deadline, or requiring materially new scope (e.g. a different category or a new campaign), may be billed separately.
Per-entry engagements: 50% deposit on engagement confirmation, balance due on delivery of the final entry. Retainer engagements: billed monthly in advance. Invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payment may result in pausing of work in progress.
Retainer engagements may be cancelled by either party with 60 days’ written notice. Per-entry engagements, once work has commenced, are non-refundable given the time-sensitive nature of awards deadlines.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, campaign, or performance information shared for the purpose of preparing a submission, and to use it solely for that purpose.
Awardro’s total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Awardro is not liable for indirect, consequential, or reputational loss, including loss arising from a submission not being shortlisted or not winning.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
If you have any questions about this disclaimer or these terms, please email hello@awardro.com.
